ATTRACTIVE LAND ISRAEL MAP ORDER FORM

 

 

The Attractive Land Map (30' x 13') features a “hands-on” experiential approach to Israel Education. It can be used as a method to introduce the many facets of Israel, Israeli history, and Israeli culture and society to participants. A manual and lesson plans accompany the map.

 

Fee:    $15 per day

A cancellation fee will be charged if canceled less than two weeks prior to your scheduled date.

Deposit:  $50, which is refundable upon return of the map in the condition in which it was received.

I understand that:

 

•  Rental rates are $15 per day

 

• Payment and a separate $50 deposit is due when the Attractive Land is ordered. This amount should be paid by two checks, made out to Auerbach CAJE. If ordering the map greatly in advance, please post-date both the payment and deposit checks to the date when the map will be used.

 

• A late fee of $25 PER DAY will be assessed, if the Attractive Land Map is not returned before 11 AM on the date due.

 

•If you must cancel your map order, please do so as soon as possible, as the map is in great demand. A fee will be charged for cancellations less than two weeks before the order date.

 

• NO SHOES or BARE FEET on the map. Socks must be worn while walking on the map.

 

• If any damage should occur during  the rental period, our institution will be responsible for payment of repairs.
